Overview and User Agreement

By registering, users accept the platform terms and all related rules. Roobet is operated by Raw Entertainment B.V. (Curaçao company no. 157205), with services licensed under OGL/2024/687/0427. Access and use are conditional on users being of legal age and residing in eligible jurisdictions. Canadian users are responsible for verifying provincial or territorial restrictions before play.

Account Registration and Verification

Accounts require accurate information: legal name, date of birth, address and email. Multiple or false accounts are not permitted. Roobet reserves the right to request verification documents. Failure to comply results in withdrawal denials or closure.

Game Access and Provider Restrictions

Some providers or game titles are restricted by region, often at a province level within Canada. Platform access does not guarantee unrestricted availability of all games. Real-money play is subject to both platform and local rules for each user account.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Wagering

All deposits and withdrawals are made using supported cryptocurrencies. The minimum wager requirement before withdrawal is completing staking of at least 100% of the crypto deposit amount. Additional wagering may apply for bonus funds. Address and network selection for crypto payments is the user's responsibility.

Bonuses, Rewards, and Expiry

Bonus promotion terms, expiry windows and wagering conditions are detailed with each campaign. Bonus balances must be wagered before conversion to real funds. Attempting abuse, misrepresentation or self-referral leads to revocation of promotional privileges and closure of the account where appropriate.

Suspension, Closure and Dispute

Roobet may suspend or close accounts suspected of breach or regulatory non-compliance. Disputes can be escalated via the help centre. The operator's decision is final, subject to review under Curaçao law and any overriding consumer protection statutes.
